There are no setup fees, subscription charges, or monthly costs. eMedClinic earns a platform commission on each completed consultation. Your earnings after commission will be confirmed during onboarding based on your specialty and pricing.
We have recommended price bands per specialty based on market rates in Portugal and Spain. You can set your own fee within those bands. We'll discuss pricing during onboarding and make sure it's competitive and reflective of your experience.
Yes — the majority of our doctors work alongside existing clinical roles. eMedClinic is designed to fit around your schedule. You decide when you're available, and patients can only book during those slots. There is no minimum commitment.
Our clinical team typically reviews and verifies applications within 2–5 business days. We'll contact you by email to confirm approval or to request any additional documentation required.
Every doctor receives a full platform walkthrough during onboarding. Ongoing support is available via our doctor helpdesk for any technical, administrative, or clinical governance questions. We're available by email and phone during business hours.
