Go to Find a Doctor, choose your specialty, select a doctor and an available time slot, then pay securely via Stripe. You'll receive an email confirmation with your video link instantly.
Send us a message using the form above and select "Technical Issue" as the subject. Include as much detail as possible — what page you were on, what happened, and your browser/device. We'll respond within one business day.
Head to our For Doctors page and complete the application form. Alternatively, send us a message above selecting "Doctor Application" as the subject and we'll be in touch.
Log in to your patient dashboard and manage your appointments there. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before your appointment time. If you need urgent help outside those hours, call us on +351 913 390 218.
